The most important part is to find the best solution with the designers, with the understanding the needs of large auto parts companies. Though some basic technical knowledge is required, if you have this belief, there is no need to worry. Follow in the footsteps of the company's predecessors, and you will make decisions naturally.

  The work is to create the unprecedented products

  Our products are full of technology. Even if a small piece of metal, it contains all kinds of professional knowledges, such as the material selection, loading characteristics, stress relieving methods, etc. The designer needs to implement the product according to its usage propose.

• Production Technology
  The work which can realize the latest automatic production line

  The work of production technology is invisible on the surface, but it is the core of the company. Work closely with overseas locations, have the responsibility on building up the diverse production lines from nothing. It is a big field where could give full play to the professional knowledge and creativity, full of energy.

  The role of quality management is not only concerned with defective products and nonconformance products.
